User Management in ScatterSpoke for Jira
ScatterSpoke for Jira does not automatically consume all users on your Jira site. Instead, as users navigate to the app per project, they are automatically added to that project space, which includes them in the billable users. If a user has access to a project in Jira, they will also have access to the team's retrospectives in ScatterSpoke.
